Huegli Law LLC is the controller of the information described below.

Attorney-Client Confidentiality

We are a law firm. Information you submit in connection with seeking or obtaining legal services from us may be protected by attorney-client confidentiality and the attorney-client privilege once an engagement is established. An attorney-client relationship begins only when a signed engagement agreement is in place; using this website or submitting information through it does not by itself create that relationship. Where the privilege applies, we treat your information accordingly and in line with our duties under the Oregon Rules of Professional Conduct, in addition to the protections described in this policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and case information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. This includes scanned court and DA correspondence, which is stored with the same encryption and security protections as your other case data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required by law, by our professional and ethical obligations as a law firm (including client file retention duties), or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.
